Jackfruit Dumpling Red Curry Soup

It’s totally plant-based, delicious, and will nourish your soul during these colder months! This dumpling soup is packed with flavor and filled with jackfruit—a perfect cozy meal to warm you up. Get ready to indulge in a rich, aromatic, and satisfying bowl of goodness.

 


 

Ingredients

  • 1 package of your favorite plant-based dumplings

  • 1 can of Thai Red Curry Paste or Any Curry Paste of your liking.

  • 1 can of coconut milk

  • 1-2 cups of water

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 cup of frozen peas

  • 1-2 tbsp of chili crisp

  • Cilantro, green onions, and red pepper for garnish

 


 

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Curry Base: In a pot over medium heat, add the red curry paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.

  2. Build the Broth: Pour in the coconut milk and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Add water as needed to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Cook the Dumplings: Add the dumplings and bring the soup to a gentle boil. Stir in the frozen peas and let everything cook until the dumplings are heated through (follow package instructions for precise cooking time).

  4. Garnish & Serve: Ladle the soup into bowls and top with chili crisp, fresh cilantro, sliced green onions, and red pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
