Where can I buy Plantropy products?

Plantropy products are sold in grocery and health food stores across Canada [FIND A STORE]. Look for Plantropy in the Frozen section, or in the Natural Food section.

What is the best way to store Plantropy products?

Most of our products are frozen (except crispy and chickpea packs) and should be kept in the freezer. Since the products are free of artificial preservatives; once the package is thawed and opened the product should be consumed within the same day. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

What are some of the ways Plantropy is sustainable?

Through harvesting wild jackfruit, farmers who work with us gain the ability to have multiple income streams.
Our Jackfruit is grown without any pesticides.
Plantropy is committed to continued work to ensure that all our ingredients are organic. At this time, all of our products are Non-GMO or in the process of being verified by the Non-GMO Project.

What is the source of protein in Plantropy products?

Pea protein.

Is there Soy in Plantropy products?

No.

Do Plantropy products contain any nitrites?

We do not use any nitrites or any artificial preservatives in our products.

Is Wheat fibre Gluten Free?

Yes, Its Gluten Free. Wheat fiber, or wheat straw fiber, is derived from the stem and leaves of the wheat plant, not the seed or bran which contains gluten. More info here

Are Plantropy products Kosher?

We are not Kosher certified.
